This is an informal conversation where we learn about your business, your data landscape and the outcomes you are hoping to achieve. There is no obligation and no hard sell — just honest dialogue.
If we see a strong fit, our solutions architects will prepare a detailed proposal that includes the recommended approach, technology stack, timeline, resource plan and fixed-price or time-and-materials estimate. We break the project into phases so you can start small and scale once value is proven.
Once the statement of work is signed, we assign a dedicated project lead and begin the first sprint within a week. You will receive weekly progress updates, have access to a shared project board and can review working software at the end of every two-week cycle. Our goal is to get you to production quickly and safely.
